By organizing your backup users in Clients and Groups the filtering functionality makes it easier to find specific backup users.
Detailed error reports
With Zimonitors easy to access and detailed error reports for each backup job, trouble shooting why some backup jobs are not executing as they should becomes a walk in the park!
The detailed reports are nicely organized in tabs, with all the information from the backup report easily accessible.
Smart ticketing system
Zimonitors ticket system enables you to assign failed backup job reports to users and manage the workflow in an easy to use interface. The smart configuration also gives you the opportunity to set ticket creation based on repeated errors of the same kind.
For instance "only report a ticket if a backup job has been missed 3 times in a row".
Further you can allow some Backup sets to be ignored for some or all kinds of backup job statuses.
Reporting module
The Reporting module allows you to create reports per Client in Zimonitor on a monthly basis. You can create report templates and select report items to it.
When creating the reports you can have standardized texts or you can add your comments to each report before sending the report to the client either as a PDF or as a link.
Customer Relationship Managemt (CRM)
The CRM features added to the Client objects in Zimonitor enables you to store information about your clients, keep track with notes, add information about contact persons and attach documents.
